Delivery information

We try to make the best delivery process for every customer.

You can order up to 1 hour before the required time within the regular opening hours.
We will contact you if the order cannot be fulfilled due to being out of stock and propose alternatives or a refund.
Please ensure that the receiver is available during the requested delivery time. Otherwise order can be cancelled without a refund.
Please contact us directly for the special requests or out-of-Prague delivery.
Refund can be done within the next 7 business days if the bouquet is not prepared yet
