We try to make the best delivery process for every customer.

Rules 

• You can order up to 1 hour before the required time within the regular opening hours.

• We will contact you if the order cannot be fulfilled due to being out of stock and propose alternatives or a refund.

• Please ensure that the receiver is available during the requested delivery time. Otherwise order can be cancelled without a refund.

• Please contact us directly for the special requests or out-of-Prague delivery.

• Refund can be done within the next 7 business days if the bouquet is not prepared yet

1. Under <=2000 CZK delivery price is 200 CZK

2. Above >2000 CZK delivery price is FREE

Faraway regions:

1. Under <=2000 CZK delivery price is 500 CZK

2. Above >2000 CZK delivery price is 350 CZK
